Grassroots Recruit 300k in April to Support Keystone XL

Consumer Energy Alliance (CEA) worked with its grassroots partners to recruit 300,000 Americans who petitioned the U.S. Department of State to approve construction of the Keystone XL pipeline because of the jobs, energy and economic security generated by the project.
